Sounds like a deal. The 6-7% effective yield is decent, and has potential upside should the deal gets completed earlier, or better still, if a counteroffer comes in.

Watch out for UE.....something is brewing? The share price quietly going up with nice volume too.

IFA changed from ANZ to Evercore. No impact to the timeline for completion is expected.
GLP Ex Div 3 Aug (tomorrow). Ppl buying to get the Div and the offer.
those who bought today may sell for the difference if there is profit to be made...
