This is a cash only company, company announcement says cash asset is S3,653M. Company has 341M Shares.
So how much per share you work it out....

Ull nvr get this cheap again this year..loz
NAV 12c is as of 30 Jun 19. They have paid out 11c in July which is not recorded yet.
Net cash should be 1+c only. buy on hope of RTO I guess. Just be careful...

5min chart nicely stage for break up
- px above cloud now and red change to green
- base line 42 break , a bit oversold
- cloud support 41
- ew w2 support 40
Ew w0 38 w1 44 w2?40 w3?50 w4? w5?
- if these 2 supoprts don' t break, high chance of break up.
