Anyone knows why the volume is so low? Who are the majority shareholders?

Same view as yours. My view is, accumulate PREH at weakness.

In the short term, believe so...in the long term, the dividend will get better once most malls are up and operational....along the way with higher NAV since the malls are operational.

Hi Bro, dividends wise I dun expect PREH will be able to match the attractive dividends that it had paid during PCRT times bcos it now needs more funds to support its ongoing china projects. I invested in PREH more for long term capital gains rather than for its dividends.

Thanks....

I believe this will perform well in medium to long term.....dividend first, then share price appreciation...

You can refer to SGX company announcement for the info. PREH is definitely undervalued at current share price of $1.04. Worth to invest for mid to long term.

Hi,

Can share how you know that he is buying the shares?

I think this is undervalued, just that it had not proved itself.......if major shareholder is buying, then it is a sign of confident....

Question is why he dumped some much of his money into PREH if there is no value in this company?

If he is slurping then there must be dumping by others as well.Or is he supporting the px?

PHEH may not pay much dividends for this coming March 2015 even it declares dividends as it needs more funds to develop its ongoing China projects. It may even try to raise funds from rights issue or other means to fund its projects.

jamesng      ( Date: 28-Dec-2014 02:38) Posted:

Medium to long term should be fine......unless china economy had a hard landing.....

Let' s see how much dividend they can pay in March 2015........
