ISR resume trading on March 6

unforseen to everyone (Soh insider trading) Rigoll bought from tantalum 60% for ard Euro 13.7m to flip to isr cap at S$40m (issue at 0.10 with new shares). Sgx stepped in. now with 3rd valuation using comparable junior mining market cap basis, isr cap got 60% at distressed price (0.0067 via new shares 674,757,307). Rigoll got his stakes via the CBds so his profit is slightly above 0.003/0.004 (CBds price). wonder who bought from him off market ard 0.00370 net (pl read sgx' s announcement further down the pages).

 

Just saw the news, think will come out as announcement today...So now Rigoll has 75 million to sell at will.

 

Thought it is usual for substantial shareholders or directors to inform company of their purchase or sale of shares after a few days. 
He left with 75,023,200 to sell. 
The additional listing announcement is for the acquisition of 60% of REO Magnetic which Rigoll used to own.

David rigoll sells 27 million shares, all the promise of not selling up in smoke.

 

If ISR has all the permits and SGX approves the acquisition, next in line will be funding activity, rights issue or conversion will lead to further dilution and current holders still have the possibility of incur losses, in this scenario company survive and make money does not mean individual shareholders holding now will make any money. Think first question SGX ask is does madagascar asset have necessary permits for exploration and mining activity? only then this acquisition makes any sense.

 

that' s in the past... new management to straighthen things out. At least that Chen Tong is also a shareholder who took up the shares at MUCH higher price. Just put a bit there to buy some hope.

as a result of this 3rd valuation which uses the comparisons of market cap basis instead of npv, isr cap revised its 60% stakes to a paltry 0.0067 with a moratorium. funds are running out and there are many ways of raising $$$, the easiest will be via violent activities of the shares. down the road when rare earth elements leave the ground, the stock price will syn too fly up up up.

 

The acquisition of 60% of Madagascar tantalum concession will be completed with the issue of 674.8 million shares worth S$4.52 million at 0.67 cent each. 
Valuation of the mine is now US$48 million (or S$65.1 million). 
If this acquisition is completed, then ISR theoretically will have S$39.06 million worth of asset. 
Will this translate to extraordinary gain of S$34.5 million on the financial statements?
