There are now just 18 to 27 market days left to the results itself going by the past announcement date range in the past 19 years since listing.

Two Southeast Asia 500 companies may merge&mdash forming Malaysia&rsquo s largest construction conglomerate

Malaysian construction giant Sunway has announced a $2.7 billion share-and-cash takeover of competitor IJM Corporation, which would bring together two of Malaysia&rsquo s largest property developers. 

The proposed merger, announced on Jan. 12 by  Sunway president Anuar Taib, will form an entity with a combined market capitalization of $11.7 billion, surpassing current leader Gamuda Berhad, valued at $7.2 billion. 

If the merger goes through, it will create one of Malaysia&rsquo s largest property developers as the Southeast Asian country&rsquo s construction market heats up amid a data center and infrastructure boom.

yup, since 2008 to 2025, NAV has grown in leaps and bounds to all time highs and share price-wise we are only at 2008 levels.

but there were so many other buyers who bought from $0.455 to $0.515 since 26 December.  I guess they are just not vocal or maybe they want to buy more so do not wish for the share price to go up so fast.  lol.

SingHoldings is one of only a few SGX listed companies with simple (naked) financial statements. And revenue, cost recognition.
So can easily derive the substantial earnings from North Gaia to be recognised in the upcoming result as informed by company.

I suppose someone is holding back the price. 
Besides the upcoming Substantial Increase in Profit, maybe can privatise the company since upcoming result will shown NTA to be above $1.00, likely around $1.10

in 2017, the stock was at $0.515.  Today we are back testing this level.  Between then and now, the company has executed 2 highly profitable projects in Parc Botannia and North Gaia.
