Ringgit dropped relative to Singapore Dollar so " tin mine" assets and profits from there plus other Malaysian assets would not be as high as before. Need to factor these into your calculations.

Straits Trading prices $130 mil notes due 2029
The Straits Trading Company S20 1.14% has launched and priced $130 million of its Series 005 notes under its multicurrency debt issuance programme.
The notes, which are expected to be listed on SGX-ST on Jan 26, carry a coupon of 4.70% per annum (p.a.) and are due in 2029.
It' s not a convertible, it is an exchangeable.
The bond issuance documentation contained all the call/put dates as part of the terms. Beyond that it does not have to make additional disclosures. I suggest you read it, as the information jimimal provided is not totally accurate.

Interested in this CB with put option. Was wondering, is the issuer required to release a circular to inform holders that the put exercise period is open or the holder of the bond must monitor??

To be more specific, the bondholder has a put via an exchangable at any time. But as I mentioned this is way out of the money.
At the Feb 2026 date you refer to it is the issuer that has a call.
