Good move because the current market sentiment is poor. Got a strong feeling major correction coming.
Can buy back end of Dec or Early next Jan before the financial reportings.
$4.20 is a good price as the highest in many years was $4.11 achieved just before Capitaland was suspended.
For me, if I sense market going to crash, may sell too then buy back cheaper... Tonite Dow is crashing, should monitor closely.
When a major correction comes, CLI will test $2.75 - $2.85 but $2.75 will be the base.

I sold at 2.94, which is approx equal to $4.20 Capland price (1000 shares : 2940 + 310 (CICT) + 951 (Cash Received) = 4201).
Will buy back if there is chance at lower level.

My prediction this morning that the closing price of CLI will be 295 or lower, i made the prediction at 9.23am
Today it closed at 295. So as some of the ppl discussed only god can predict the share price. |

Anyway those ppl are sour grape so just ignore them. They only know how to kpkb and they never contribute anything.

There are one type of user who will just guess based on their own belief without any reference to any sources. Is like I tell u i think CLI will chiong to $5 on Monday .. quick buy buy buy, BBs sure hoot one... then u ask me why i think CLI can go $5, I will tell u " oh, i think so lo or my gut feeling or why must I tell u?..
Anyway haha we small fish no impact on the share price... the one controlling share prices are the BBs and institutional investors, we are here in this forum just to voice our thoughts/opinion/analysis or simply talk cok.. :)
To make life more interesting if not very boring. I already mentioned those are my own opinion. To some it may be BS, to some it may be DUMB. :)
hahaha.. Dun take postings in this forum too seriously but good to have some information sharing .. like what is the dividend yields? when is the XD date etc..
