Tio halt still ok, tio suspend most likely gone case especially for penny stocks.
Either hold for months or years.
If by years, most likely will be delisting from sgx. |

Maybe " someone" want to panic people like you and I and some other bigger investors
into selling. After that the " someone" had picked up all the cheap prices where kang cheong spiders
had dumped then hope for a suspension. When investigation is done and the company is found to in the clear
the share price will shoot up and then that " someone" will sell off all his/their shares at higher prices.

Most likely gone case.
Voluntary suspension. It?s ok, I?ve 200k shares only. Must know which good counters and problematic counter. Play big in good counter. For this kind play small. So if suspend no big deal just wait. Cheers.

Suspend got chance to recover when they resume trading. If the company wants to delist, it needs to provide SGX an fair exit price to shareholders. Cheers.

Company&rdquo and together with its subsidiaries, the &ldquo
Group&rdquo ) refers to:
a. the Company&rsquo s announcement dated 27 June 2022 in relation to the notice of compliance issued by the Singapore Exchange Regulation ("
SGX RegCo&rdquo ) to the Company (&ldquo
Notice of Compliance&rdquo )
b. the Company&rsquo s announcement dated 25 July 2022 in relation to the appointment of joint independent reviewer to review all corporate actions and fund-raising exercises announced by both listed companies in the last 12 months, based on the approved scope of work by SGX RegCo (the &ldquo
Independent Review&rdquo ) and
c.the Company&rsquo s announcement dated 5 September 2022 in relation to the update relating to an investigation on a subsidiary (&ldquo
Investigation&rdquo ).
With respect to the Previous Announcement and the Notice of Compliance, the joint independent reviewer is currently conducting the review of all corporate actions and fund-raising exercises. While the Investigation is on-going, the Company maintains its firm position and strong belief that the watches seized are authentic, real and genuine and that the watches seized, though immaterial on the affairs of the Company, are purchased from authorised sources.
In anticipation of the Company having to monitor the progress of the Investigation and the finalisation of the Independent Review, the Board has recommended that the trading of the shares of the Company be suspended on a voluntary basis with immediate effect. The Company will keep Shareholders updated on all material information regarding the Investigation and Independent Review and the progress towards lifting the trading suspension. Shareholders and potential investors of the Company are advised to read this announcement and further announcements by the Company carefully.
Shareholders are advised to refrain from taking any action in respect of their securities in the Company which may be prejudicial to their interests, and to exercise caution when dealing in the securities of the Company. In the event of any doubt, Shareholders should consult their stockbrokers, bank managers, solicitors, accountants or other professional advisers.
