Re-reading the announcement, it seems that Beng Kuang Marine has found itself another recurring service to be provided to the shipowners. In future, Beng Kuang will have 2 recurring services for the ship owners - Corrosion Protection Services and Chemical Cleaning Services.
With recurring services, the revenue will be more predictable, so will be the potential margins and net profit. This will lead to a potential consistent dividend payout by the company.
