Well, I am feeling positive about this. Could Perennial be the buyer? Why is it taking so long if their offer is good? Perhaps many things to tie up and complete. Let' s see if perennial is the buyer to swallow up united engineers and wbl. When I re read and re analysed the wearnes deal, Samling is the dark horse. Samling wrestled Wearnes from the other strong contestants. I am excited for this deal. As long UEL and WBL is sold at a good price, everyone will be happy.

I think radio silence. OCBC is quite secretive. And only after months of waiting then Perennial news popped out. We dont even know whag is the progress. Maybe once they annouce, they close it within a few days. Similar to wearnes take over by Samling? Which was quite sudden?

Those fat cats tasked to conduct the review are a bunch of old demantia farts good only for TCSS? They are supposed to at least update the shareholders what's up after they received or not a binding takeover offer from Perrenial on the last day of the deadline on 30 June. Or they shift the deadline? Bunch of crap 💩
Those fat cats are not doing their jobs.....perhaps still sleeping after a weekend of fun?
