Tan Chee Hoe & Sons which the CEO bought last Friday March 29, 45,000 shares at $1.50 per share.In anticipation of AGM where 8cts dividends declared..$80 per 1000 shares.Most would for share scrips since lower than market price and co can conserve cash too.May cross $1.60 after cum dividend..very safe and steady stock
