Short to huat
Brother, I' m not expert. I just recalled reading in the local media recently that they had sold most of their residential units in spoore, n went to double confirm from their financial rpt filed with SGX. So, I do not know exactly what they' ve left. Anyway, I tried to buy recently to ride on this T15 thing, but found myself playing poker with chng kays for a stock which, like u' d mentioned earlier, is otherwise very illiquid. So, I' ve given up trying to long already. My regret, u probably know cos I' d posted here a number of times, was to throw out after the first of three bonus issues in quick succession a few yrs ago. Anyway, nowadays, SGX is making it more stringent for coys trying to issue bonus shares. Like I said, Aspial (u know the ka ki nang one) tried to propose a one for one bonus I think abt 2 yrs ago but was rejected.

singapore property market stagnant
Australia market probably face the similar challenges as purchase by china investors is on a down trend.

Hard lah. Property mkt so koyak. But if mkt does improve, n if they execute just as well down under, don' t rule out another magic show from Ah Koh. Seems they were gonna try the same thing with Aspial, but did not meet SGX' s revised rules.

After I bought into what I thought was a healthy growth stock, px kept dropping. Then suddenly the first one-for-one bonus was announced n px bounced back. Because I' d been squeezed real hard, I sold out for a small gain. Well, if I' d held on upto now, I' d have made a small fortune. So, I say this stock seems to me px behaviour not so spontaneous one.
