Thought about this counter when i went to Yacht show over the weekend. 1 deg 15 is owned by SUTL group which is under the charge of Arthur Tay. He bought Achieva @ 12.5c few years back. Not sure why but as i read the financial reports, Achieva has cash on hand of $28m. based on the outstanding shares of 523 m, the cash portion of the company stands at $0.05. Market Price now is less than that.

Just resubscribed back my shareinvestor account. Now have tech chart capabilities now.
these 2 days should be the usual T+3 where they catch the contra players/ shake the weaker holders. Monday or tuesday probably a good time to get in with good prices.

Luostock. that's True... but there is also an plausible explanation. ie. coy has been making provisions to write down all sorts of items. inventories, bad debts, wind up overseas companies to clearn up the balance sheet. In so doing so, profits get hit. But if you look at the financials carefully in the last 3 years since Mr Tay took over, their annual
free operating cashflow has never been negative and range from $3m to $5m annually.
I doubt Mr Tay spent more than $20m in direct and indirect interest to take control of the company 3 years ago just to sit pretty on a trophy listed shell. Anyway, I'm hope I'm right about his intentions.

Ozone, how's the chart looking for Achieva? Not overbought I assume.
Healthy consolidation today. T+3 consolidation. Take out all the weaker holders or those who bought at 6c plus before the next run, 10 more trading days before the results have to be announced. Hoping for a 2013 " Achieva Ang Pao" . haven't paid out a dividend eversine Arthur took over company 3 years ago.
Coy flush with cash and operating cashflow super ++ for several quarters with almost zero long term debt.
Hope he heeds is listening to miniority shareholders silent call for dividend if he's not doing anything with the cash. He should start paying out something.
very nice move today.... loaded up last week and today.
Should start breaking up nicely till the end of the month when the results comes out. Expect a surprise in the announcment.
