if bad news, i doubt they will post on the facebook page " Trading halt" .
it' s should be something proud/positive that they wanted shareholders to anticipate and thus posting in social media.

If this the case, then you won' t see the buying interest queue at 39 n 42 at pre-market.

Yup.....unlikely takeover, my sentiments too.

I' m speculating more in the line of the addition of a new business partner.

It will increase the number of outstanding shares for sure.  But it does not necessarily dilute the share price or the value of our ownership.

It all depends on the terms and purpose of the said shares placement.  If it is in context of a partnership that increases the overall value to Oceanus, it would be more than justified.  Esp since we do know Oceanus would need to raise funds to achieve its business plans.

To reiterate, 5% of $5000 is better than 10% of $2000.

Or perhaps a significant piece of good news that warrants a trading halt.  For comparison, it should be much larger in scale that the previous partnership with China Resource Global, the Chinese state-owned conglomerate.   

I am in high anticipation for the news.  Feels like waking up on Christmas morning!
