Wait. Dont get me wrong. I mean Mr. Peter Lim is a brilliant man. But he needs very capable people to execute the actions to realize his ideas and visions.
Besides Gary Neville and HRH, I cannot think of anyone that is of " ideas-> actions entrepreneurship stuff" . Think most are at most good in corporate matters and figures, that' s all.

why you all think so highly of Mr Peter Lim ? he himself said it, if he is $100 mil worth, it is his hard work, if he is a billionaire, he is very lucky.
think of those who start-up nothing into something , like Wilmar, like Hyflux, like Creative Tech (though now seems not so a good example)
but you have got to admire Mr Sim Wong Hoo entreprenuership.

Already, people across Asia are talking about going to Shanghai for vacation this year. A lot of parents (from Japan to Korea to Taiwan) told me " it is for the kids" .
Taiwan by the way, have very little Theme Parks (the one in Kaohsiung by steel tycoon is just so so)
A for China, the situation will be :
1. It is all human nature wanting to try out new thing say Shanghai Disneyland
2. It is a MUST for China Chinese nature to " MUST VISIT AT LEAST ONCE, at least they try it before"
what makes the situation even more exciting and bullish is : a lot want to show they " are the earliest to try" a kinda show off , like new iphone, new LV new this new that ....US and Japanese they are all the same, but for China Chinese, they for sure will try it at least once you multiply by 1.3 billion people...... x US$ 50 per entry you have US$ 60 billion into the pockets (No wonder Disney Stock crossing US$ 100 per share soon)

Profit taking....across the board, now a bit of recovery lol.
can bet on Yingli for MTP 20 Cents Play.
and China Property Market will get a boost from :
1. Disneyland Shanghai grand opening in June this year
2. Atlantis Sanya following next
More World Wide Theme Parks opening in China or planning to open in China soon
hahaha...just ons only. back to normal!
Still far to go to catch up to yuuzoo and Rowsley but on its way.....Huat ah!!

Anticipating for some annoucements from them. Hopefully price push up above 20 cents.
Yeah very slow coach.....may take some time to catch up by the way it moves. Started well in the morning then suddenly volume dies down and the share price went dead in the water. Maybe no big player to support the share price or BB still collecting?
when mkt is up this one is like tortise but when mkt corrections come it will follow even faster!
