Armed with low gearing and perpetual bond, I guess they will use this method and leverage on continuing inflation and GDP growth for future positive rental reversion and occupancy rate to catch up. It can work in a fast growing economy like Indonesia.

If this is to cover-up the loss of vendor support in LPK soon, then still, it' s not very encouraging because the replacement asset from LPJ is ALSO GETTING VENDOR SUPPORT. What if this also finishes later ?

From the response to SGX, noticed Lippomall  has suffered a loss from the carpark income after they have engaged the new carpark management which was under IPT. Why engaged someone cannot performance and the management have to answer for it.  
Don't listen too much to other blog analysis else you will be paralyse by information overload. My take is to buy some and regular investment into the Reit to gradually gain exposure.
I have been regularly buying into lippo since 6 years ago till now and reinvesting the dividend has allow my holdings to gain good traction.
Too much hesitation by listening to so many opinions will hinder your judgement. Talk is cheap, for me - I act.

Learning from capitalmall growth and their success in changing tenant mix to counter online e-commerce, there is much moreroom for LMIRT to grow.
Tq laksaman,... all the time all these years, based on the article by David Kuo,  it has been with POSITIVE rental reversion, ie rental growth,.. even if it' s at a low single-digit  increase.
But : the predictions given  in  Heartlandboy' s article recently mentioned that it' s going to be rental rate REDUCTION for the coming  3rd qtr and 4th qtr,...  what we can' t accept is a growing GDP in Indonesia resulting in dropping rentals for shopping malls.... somebody is wrong somewhere,....

Who are these anchor tenants and what product are they selling which they can sell at higher prices yet they cant pay higher rental as compare to 10 years ago. Hmmmm ...maybe time to change tenant mix
