10 years ago anchor tenant's rental can be more than today market rate, when indonesia inflation rate averaged 10.48 percent from 1997 until 2017 😕
Tq bro,... but yr article addressed only the expring land leases, for which one of the two has been renewed and approved by the gov' t - congrats,... The bigger prb is the lower rental renewal rates at year-end,.... any other articles or analyses out there addressing this matter ?
