Sir next time if have lobang buy cheap kindly announce your purchase hor...mainboard one must be above 20c by March next year...if not suggest consolidation 2:1 enough already don' t like other 10:1 after that share price keep coming down jilat...

NAV currently is 13.16c, up from 11.38c q year ago. With another 2 to 3 years, NAV should cross above 20c, or if 20% of profit given as dividend, then maybe lesser.
Much better than many other companies, even main board ones. |

At 13.3/13.4c, the share appears way undervalued. Hard to find good opportunities these days and I think it is worthwhile to plant a decent stake here. Min 40-50% profit from here. Stay firm!

The right price is historical PE 5 times. It's 3.8 now. Go calculate how much more
jiak lah 0.143...
Heard they took over car park mgt service at sgh recently from metro....may see more in coming months....and $17m from ipo yet to use ..lol
