KGI Fraser just released a report (intraday?!) in summary:
We recommend a BUY with a fair value of S$0.54, based on a 30% discount to its
RNAV of S$0.77. Our fair value is an implied 0.83x FY16 P/B. The better-thanexpected
selling price of its Fernvale project may provide a short-term upside
catalyst for the company. We have assumed an average selling price of S$1,000
psf compared to recent transactions around the area of $970 to 1060 psf.

wow 40c cleared and trades were done at 40 to 42c.
Remember years ago, Sing Holdings was the enbloc king in the Cairnhill area. They made a lot of money from enbloc redevelopment then. Since enbloc fever is coming back now, perhaps Sing Holdings can also be an enbloc play as well. Stay tuned.

I guess as Fernvale nears launching date, share price will spike up even more. 50 cents should be achievable.

39 cleared again but on low volume so far.
Sing Holdings has been a very slow stock, until Azure Capital (Terence Wong) came in. I think other fund managers also ganged up to buy this stock. Too cheap.

Interesting, today more than 1.3 million shares done at 38, and the buy queue at 38 still there.
