If U can selectively look at none choining spectacular (hot stk) stk down...then isit not a good time to collect?.

Collecting abit it hold temporary for kopi$. in case this horse abit slow in moving up, keep it for awhile for news to come.
Safe n sound...no need to lose over sleep. SB Reit is oso good , touch 0.70c low, can oso consider...for good dividend play.
Please do ur own due diligence.

The truth self is always hard to sell, no body would like it as very one wanted to make some, win some n no body like lose it.

On Myanmar is continuing on it reform path, near to long term and Soilbuild construction has very good growth potential especially it has enter into property consultation development and to have further insight.
Soilbuild Construction oso has a very good potential and further opportunities to JV developing properties in Myanmar partner in near to long term with their expertise in building and in business space reit.
A big n well know brand name in JV will most likely propel SB construction. Am I thinking too far?.
Short to mid term it has did so by been a consultation building expertise establishing a name in Myanmar.
It's a defensive stk. Why I mull over between Soilbuild and Yoma..???.

SB REIT. U are right. as mentioned too. I left it to BBs to field up when it offer for ipo. I'm more interested in SB Construction.

priced@$0.25 A 2nd chance, hopefully to collect abit of kopi $ when mkt turn around.

.Avoid most REIT esp this one by soilbuild..the directors not long float Soilbuild after getting it taken private a few years ago..this ipo reit may go under..look at OUE reit so good yield so can't go up..hence soilbuild REIT may go under

Put it this way, it's good to flush out the seller so that the counter can move up smoothly. I'm the one bought the last 20 lots at 0.27 today. Hope my last kick can push up for tomorrow.
