The board of directors (the &ldquo Board&rdquo ) of Sincap Group Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo ) refers to the Company&rsquo s announcement dated 2 November 2015, 28 July 2016， 8 August 2016 and 28 September 2016 (&ldquo Announcements&rdquo ) in relation to, inter alia, the change of legal representative (&ldquo Legal Representative&rdquo ) of all the Company&rsquo s subsidiaries in China, namely Beijing Raffles Investment Advisory Co., Ltd., Shandong Luneng Taishan Mining Co., Ltd., Beijing Sino-Lonther International Trading Co., Ltd., and Shandong Sincap International Trading Co., Ltd. (collectively, the &ldquo Chinese Subsidiaries&rdquo ).
Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms herein shall have the same meaning as ascribed to them as set out in the Announcement.
The Board wishes to update shareholders of the Company that the registration formality with the relevant governing authority in relation to the change of Legal Representative for Beijing Sino-Lonther International Trading to Mr Chu Ming Kin, the Company&rsquo s Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, has been completed. The Company has completed the change of the Legal Representative for all its Chinese subsidiarie
