the internal news of huttons being appointed sole agent for singholdings' fernvale site was confirmed out only around mid day yesterday. tonnes of huttons agents are now starting to put up the same piece of news on their facebook pages.

Probably last week of Sep, since Ghost Month would have ended by 21st Sep I think.

Their JV partner for this project, Wee Hur, announced their results last night. In the commentary about this project, they changed from " likely to be toward the end of this year" during Q1 results announcement to " will monitor the right timing for the sale launch" .
Do you guys think its going to be brought forward or held back?

but strangely although there has been a big " good till cancelled" order queue at 0.375 for one week now, (totalling 773.3 lots this morning), not much has been done, yet seller at 0.38 has been heavy and kept topping up to 100 to 200+ lots.
I think " cao cao" 50 cents shouldnt be a problem. Vested and waiting.

checked with a huttons agent and she also hinted its in october. personally, i feel they should sell the worst units at the cheapest price if they are going to do it in phases. :)

i think given the seventh month, the earliest for a phase 1 sale would be in october?
but we can' t really compare with all time high. conservatively we can compare with 2013 high which Sing Holdings is still further away from than Chip Eng Seng or many of the other developers % wise.
Chip Eng Seng 2007 all time high around $1.00. Currently $0.725
Sing Holdings 2007 all time high around $1.20. Currently ONLY $0.38.
More upside to come for Sing Holdings. Vested.
