Can only sell 25,000 shares henceforth is true.
That is because the shares sold henceforth will rank the same as the shares (which will be consolidated effective 9th May) you bought before today.

Still can sell 25000 max. based on own manual calculations. Anything more is considered Short Selling that needs to be covered back.
