The Motley Fool has a great write up, short synopsis.
Basically, the 2013 and 2014 results were artificially boosted by one offs. Go read the Fool' s article. Question is the model sustainable?
And what is LHN' s model? Refurbish properties and earn rentals. They are hot on industrials.
In my humble assessment, I think they can do well if SG industrial and commercial rents continue to rise. This could be an issue now, rentals are not exactly rocketing up. This part is on margins. So margins may not look good.
Second, they can do well, if they expand volume, using the IPO proceeds. Yes, they can certainly do this. Plus, overseas (must caution their experience is virgin only, no strong experience in overseas markets).
I don know.
I see the MD and the stock sales, there seems to be selling pressure on this stock for some reason or other.
The cherry seems to be ability to engineer a REITs, but at this stage, anyone saying this would be absolutely in DREAM stage.
Is this on their cards in the first place? And second, do they have the talent (this is a family controlled co).
20 per cent shares floated to the public, to institutions. Mostly now selling like nobody biz.
this co has to regain trust.
I punted at 12 cents. Highest I would go.

When others are fearful, one should be greedy. Coil has been depressed too hard, it will rebound strongly any time. Stay firm!
Only time will tell how low it can go....my guess is stay out first..someone dumping heavily

At 13.3/13.4c, the share appears way undervalued. Hard to find good opportunities these days and I think it is worthwhile to plant a decent stake here. Min 40-50% profit from here. Stay firm!

Can some of you here help to eat up 13.4c? I eaten quite an amount liao but the Organic Sell Orders (programmed selling) keep throwing out.
I grabbed enough for today. Selling pressure lessening though 13.4c sell queues very persistence.

They selling way below IPO price wor... 0.134 is record lowest since day 1.. if sell now mean selling at lost... or are they cutting lost as they foresee will drop further..
