Good sales at Le Quest also bodes well for the future launch at fernvale.

i don' t think its due to the launch of fernvale as that is in Q4 at the earliest.

its possibly more due to surging land sales prices ensuring that they will be able to sell at a good price.

Unusual increase in buy volume at 0.35 and 0.355 and sell volume at 0.36.

 

At least it wont give u heart-attack ! Just invest n look at long term gain

interestingly, someone bought up 300 lots in one order today to clear 0.35, 0.355 and 0.36.

 

This is a slow stock. Very tiring to watch.

totally agree but I wonder why the market values it at < 0.60 book value when they are already so conservative and financially so strong.
