NOTIFICATION OF INCLUSION ON THE WATCH-LIST DUE TO THE MINIMUM TRADING PRICE (&ldquo MTP&rdquo ) ENTRY CRITERION WITH EFFECT FROM 5 DECEMBER 2018
The board of directors (the &ldquo Board&rdquo ) of SunMoon Food Company Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo and together with its subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) wishes to announce that the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the &ldquo SGX-ST&rdquo ) has notified the Company that, pursuant to Listing Rule 1311(2) of the Listing Manual, the Company will be placed on the Watch-list due to the MTP Entry Criterion with effect from 5 December 2018.
The Company must take active steps to meet the requirements of Listing Rule 1314(2) of the Listing Manual within 36 months from 5 December 2018, failing which the SGX-ST would delist the Company or suspend trading in the Company&rsquo s shares with a view to delisting the Company. Listing Rule 1314(2) of the Listing Manual states that the Company will be assessed by the SGX-ST for removal from the Watch-list if it records volume-weighted average price of at least S$0.20 and an average daily market capitalisation of S$40 million or more over the last 6 months.
The Board wishes to notify all its shareholders and business partners that the Group&rsquo s business shall continue as usual, and that trading in the Company&rsquo s shares will also continue unless a trading halt or suspension is effected.

May be company share buy-back again. The company has been doing that since 20/9/2018 by way of open market acquisition at $0.045 - $0.050.
As of 3/12/2018, cumulative no of shares purchased = 6,082,600 (0.8451%)
Maximum number of shares authorised for purchase = 71,972,479
No of issued shares excluding treasury shares after purchases = 713,642,193
According to the rulebook, a listed company may only purchase shares at a price which is not more than 5% above the average closing market price. The average closing market price is the average of the closing market prices of the shares over the last 5 market days.

No lah, bearish facts given bearish posts are just some comments of the way things went. Of course was expecting it to make money, but one quarter after another it lost money before it gave away 51% holdings at 4.5 cents to Yiguo. Didn' t know how to be bearish earlier and die die based on hopes, else could have saved tens of thousands of dollars by coming out earlier.. But still not too late, lol.
Have been reading all your Interesting Bearish Postings !
Will consider Shorting this Stock to those Low Prices then ?
Not possible. Same old story, same old news. Just fruits, just vegetables, how to make to cover the high cost to maintain SM in singapore? Don' t think possible as losses will continue until proven.
