Very positive set of results released in First Quarter 2017 compared to 1Q 2016.
1. Gross revenue went up by 6.7%
2. Net property income went up by 12.9%
3. Distributable income to unit holders up by 8.4%
4. DPU increased by 7.2%

Excellent fundamentals vs other Reits (based on April 8 2017 Reit comparison by http://mystocksinvesting.com/singapore-reits/singapore-reit-fundamental-analysis-comparison-table-8-april-2017/)

1. Dividend yield at current price of 0.425 is 8% (higher than average of 6.78%)
2. Gearing ratio of 32.2% (lower than average of 34.76%)

Positive trends
1.   Increasing DPU for 7 consecutive quarters since 3Q 2015!
2. Gearing ratio has been kept in control at around 31-32%

Bullish Macro Outlook

" The fundamentals of the Indonesian economy remain strong, with a robust rate of economic
growth. For 2017, the World Bank is projecting a growth of 5.3%, supported by more robust private
investment following monetary easing in 2016 and ongoing investment climate reform. The
continued stabilisation of commodity prices, inflation and the Indonesia Rupiah will further bolster
growth.

Indonesia&rsquo s Inflation eased from February&rsquo s 10-month high of 3.8% to 3.6% in March 2017. Annual
average inflation was stable at 3.4%. FocusEconomics Consensus Forecast panellists expect
inflation to average 4.2% in 2017.1

Indonesia&rsquo s annual average growth in retail sales fell from December&rsquo s 11.0% to 10.4% in January
2017. FocusEconomics Consensus Forecast participants see private consumption rising 5.2% in
2017.2"

Conclusion: Lippo Mall Trust has demonstrated solid, consistent performances through its steady and consistent DPU increase whilst keeping gearing ratio in check. Its dividend yield is amongst the highest without sacrificing financial prudence. Its operating environment, the Indonesia retail market, continues to be positive, thus enabling LMT to continue with its strong performance. My personal view is that LMT is one of the highest yielding REIT with minimal risk in the forseeable future risk in SGX.

Not so healthy to over leverage just to buy and buy new properties. So far the mgr been prudent in their selection.

I suspect,... moving forward, the better properties will go to the Indon REIT, since LPKR wants to spruce up that REIT !

Been queuing for 39.4 for very long till now give up liao.  Price too tight range is really not fun.

Tight controlled by BB with hugh buy and sell. Never cross 40 or under 38 for weeks.
