" The Board of Directors of SBCG intends to recommend an annual dividend for FY2013, at least 25% of the Grp’s net profit after tax from the listing date until 31-Dec-2013 and for FY2014" .

SBC public listed on May,27th.   Today, they released Q2 resulted ended June,30th.

With dividend 0.5cents. I personally think the mgt not too bad   lah.

I still kept their annual reports for it to stay in my memories....U go dig out soilbuild Grp's annual report and you will be able to feel it....It's no longer about money issues.... Shouldn't they think of improving the company's valuation as a listed entity? Y delist and then do the re-evaluation to improve company's valuation?

They delisted the company when the asset values were undervalued , now the same assets with so much higher valuation put into reits ? Some are sharing very good infos in Valuebuddie.

But there will always new suckers around.

2) Declares interim dividend of 0.50 cents per share

Singapore, 2 August 2013 – Soilbuild Construction Group Ltd. (SBCG) today announced a

42% increase in net profit to $5.9 million for the second quarter ended 30 June 2013

(2QFY2013) from $4.2 million in the corresponding period last year……..

After yesterday's closing, the possibility of goin down to ipo or lower is even more obvious, I hope I'm wrong. Vested. & good luck!

Sponsored, property developer Soilbuild Grp Holdings, REIT is offering 586.5 mil units at a price range of $0.77-S$0.80 per unit, which translates to forecast dividend yields of 7.3-7.6% for 2013 and 7.5-7.8% for 2014.

Bookbuilding will be conducted from July 31 to Aug. 6 with the listing targeted for Aug. 16, according to IFR, a Thomson Reuters publication.

The IPO has an institutional tranche of 499 mil units and a public portion of 87.5 mil units. There is an overallotment option of 56.3 mil units, or 9.6% of the total offer. There is no cornerstone tranche.

Citigroup, DBS and OCBC are the joint global co-ordinators. Religare Capital and United Overseas Bank are co-managers.
