No concerns at all about the Lippo Group setting up another REIT inside Indonesia itself  to compete for pipeline properties with us here ?
Been queuing for 39.4 for very long till now give up liao.  Price too tight range is really not fun.

Tight controlled by BB with hugh buy and sell. Never cross 40 or under 38 for weeks.
Probably many buying for dpu growth while many selling to lock in capital gain. Win-Win situation

Today is crazy . Bid volume at 39.5 cents is 10,731,100
                        Ask volume at 40 cents is 10,491,300
So many buying and so many selling.

New REIT launched by LPKR back in February into the Indonesian Exchange  : DIRE Bowsprit Commercial and Infrastructure. Started with five properties :-
1) Life Tower
2) Berita Satu Plaza
3) Menara Matahari
4) Menara Asia
5) Distribution Centre Balaraja
I believe 1) to 4) above are retail centres. Retails should have been injected into LMIRT, right ? Did I miss something ?

Why are there so many small buy-ups ( of below 1000 shares) today?
Just look at sgp reit mgr run Sabana reit. Follow the 'Remove Sabana Reit Mgr' thread.
I think its not wise of bb to come short down LMIRT bcos many investor will accumulate at lower price. Most reit with sgp properties are facing headwind and declining dpu and its sponsors hurrying to monetise their properties.
