If can hold your shorts, in two months, you can see Sunmoon around 8 cents or lower.

shorted today 0.105. hope can make 2 bids
lots of sellers. tempted to short 0.108
lucky didnt clear 0.11 so didnt jump in to buy. now i wonder still can short since hang seng drop so much?
i think once clear 0.11 convincingly can start to jump in and buy.
Before that he tried vey hard and nobody wanted it at 3.4 cents which is the NTA of the shares. Now at least got this Yiguo to come in.
And hope the money is good to beef up the cash asset. Anyway Yiguo will have majority share and up to it to dispose now when the price is good, and which is more than half the NAB of around 3 to 4 cents. So becareful if you wish to hold. May slide down unless FA changes which will take time.

That' s a good question, some people make money by snapping millions at dirt cheap price in an instant, shouldn' t the retails shareholders who own the stock at the time of deal also be given the same opportunity. Not sure what' s the regulation around it.
What DD to make? Half price given for the shares, and white wash conditions. Who doesn' t want. One shareholder was asking why don' t give to us instead of giving to a placee? For 4.5 cents everyone of us can buy when the trading price is near to 10 cents, he said at the EGM.

One has to be forward looking. Always believe when big names come in they have done their due diligence. We just have to tag along. Even if it is wrong, it' s okay. It means they are wrong too.

EGM just approved recently. Shares not allotted yet to Yiguo.
Shares comes with 6 month moratorium. In any case, this investment by Yiguo (which counts Alibaba as shareholders) is not a short term thing. It is a change in controlling shareholding of 51%.
Alibaba is eyeing the massive groceries business in China.
Once you are leveraged to the big guns, your growth from hence can be exponential.

So far it seems that after taking majority stake in SUNMOONFOOD, the AliBaba' s Yiguo Group did not appear to be selling their cheaply acquired shares.
Don' t know what is their intention. Is it to make a fast buck? May not be the case. Then what is their move?

Three years ago, today same thing can be said.
But unfortunately got caught and stuck for years. Now after letting go can really heave a sigh of relief. Relieved that was able to get back money when there still a chance. Lol.
Expect it to go lower, as who knows how long mgt will remain after the placement and share consolidation probably 5 to 1. Not definite figure but agak agak, maybe.. 2 to 1 .

....no need to buy this counter. No news, no dividend, no financial institution backing and no direction...except to sell fruits and fruit related products. Waste of time......and waste of money parking in this company. It is like putting in a freezer under chain and lock and be thrown into the sea......
