another thing was, on wed, the volume was similarly high when they cleared the 0.355 sellers. then on thu, the volume was very very low but hardly any selling. then today the volume is up again.
maybe bb haven' t bought enough and are still accumulating and using the 1 lot marker to signal to each other? lol.
the market for smaller caps have been more flat. so i guess today' s volume is already outperform/miracle? lol.
Good observation. Yes, I also noticed that it has very good trading start ... unfortunately, the momentum did not really continue from there.

the first transaction today was a 100,000 buyer at 0.36 when the seller was a lot bigger than the buyer.
then at around 330, another buyer bought 50,000 shares even though the buyer at 0.355 was only the 100 shares marker that was mentioned. the buyer didn' t even bother to queue behind the 100 shares.
so noise aside (re: 100 shares marker), buyers were actually willing to buy at 0.36 other than the 370,000 shares which were done at 0.355.
today' s volume is higher than normal and a ready buyer seems to be buying at 0.355 even though the buy queue is usually quite smal vs the seller.
There are 2 caveats for Robin Residences which were lodged earlier in Jan and Feb and belong to Q1 sales.
Another 3 units were sold before the final 29 were block sold.
the 1st of these 3 caveats were lodged today:

This stock is very undervalued.
apparently the 1 lot marker is quite common among traders.
Why am I keep on seeing this small lot of 100 shares buy queue at 0.36 arh ?

Before selling that project, the Co just sold 100% of shareholdings of Sing Holdings (Robin) Pte Ltd, the development company for Robin Resikdences at $72.709m as per:

That means profit will be recognised in this financial year once relevant approvals are in in 2017.

This stock is quite incredible, having a slow climax.
The Chng Kay's must accumulate more then will fly. Boss told me before even when he wanted to buy, it was not so easy to get cheap ones. I think there is a lot of fake suppression in order to accumulate.
