sinotel was trading at $0.04 around march 2015, then there was a privatization offer at $0.098 when its book value was about $0.14. Now sinotel is trading at 0.145
From a fundamental perspective, and based on the precedent transaction for sinotel, if there was a privatization offer, it could come in around $0.07 and if they do not garner sufficient acceptance, it might just trade up to its book value of $0.09.
