Ya...after 22 years......or tt close shop and return the land back to jtc....orelse they need to carry on this so call warehouse concept style operation until.lease expired....

Eventually, Big box will be taken over by Capitalmall trust. But this will only happen when TT int going to BK.

Just wondering, the big box, isit 30 or 60 years lease n worth how much?.
So far i only know blackout period is for result (but feel very stupid )....for big news...depends on the mgt..sgx anytime can slap them insider trading......as for new ipo....a lots of pre investors and mgt will be lock up.3-12months....need to read the ipo.infos....

Maybe noone was expected such a big loss in fy result...$56m or 9c per share....dont think tt can afford another 9c loss...may need cash call and share consolidation....soon..

today price $0.080 cents.
what major things/changes
causes the big price different.

I go to west gate. Crowded . Got isetan some more. I go to Jem, crowded also, got ntuc .
I go to big box. Very nice ah. Not much people there . Very spacious . So relaxing like New Zealand park and garden like that.
