Today bought another 5 lots at $3.30. Seller is MLBOA. They bought lower and then sell to make profit. If you queue early at $3.30, may get it. At 3.44(including 6 cents dividend) and excluding buy brokerage, yield is 3.5%. Wait till Scheme completion about 6 months, yield will be about 7%. Better than keeping the money in the bank.

Hi everyone. I' m a newbie here. Like to seek your advice whether is it benficial to buy Global Logistic stock now at $3.31 as the takeover will be at least $3.38. Thank you.
will China clamp now on such overseas acquisition ?
There are shareholders who attend AGM with slippers. They wont stop you from going in but other shareholders come in nice clothing and track shoes or working shoes so suggest you wear sneakers at least if you want to feel good. Your mood will be good and the shares will chiong. Hehe

Shares bought under CFD are not registered as shareholders in SGX records. So you will not be allowed to attend but if you wish to try, bring your CFD statements and request to attend as observer. Not sure whether they will agree. Different companies have different guidelines.
