Angoli safe la, already sold high so now can sell very low also make profit, i think waiting for licence which only Madagascar authorities know if issued already.SGX alredy query and query and give up.

Yes, rare earths prices have been shooting up last 12 months, based on the current rare Earths prices ISR valuation should be up considerably.

Yes ISR leadership can relax, please look at the Tantalus announcement where just 4 shareholders holding a speck of .036% of outstanding shares challenged the deal with REO and had to be settled with( http://www.tre-ag.com/media/regulatory-news.aspx?sc_lang=en), ISR leadership can relax and not get bothered by individial shareholders worry.
