Ought to have an official announcement under proper heading. i.e. the announcement is solely on the Substantial Increase in Profit.
The earlier info are all " hidden" under others.

there won' t be a separate announcement for positive guidance since they have already stated that in last february and august announcements.  however, it is now less than 40 market days to the results announcement already.

similarly, the 100+ lots seller at .49 yesterday was not there this morning and .49 was cleared at the open on lower volume.

more interestingly, over the past 6 market days, the seller at the closing price is always 100+ lots not done but in the next market day, the seller is no longer there at that price level at the open.

Had observed for a while that the Asks often have 900, and 9,900 shares pattern stacked up.
I suppose someone is holding back the price. 
Besides the upcoming Substantial Increase in Profit, maybe can privatise the company since upcoming result will shown NTA to be above $1.00, likely around $1.10

Traders wait for company to issue news 1st.
Investors on the other hand start to slowly accumulate before the Substantial Increase in Profit news hit the various Newswires.
