A cash offer of 40C per share will cost her about SGD$12M, which is not substantial. And if she succeed to delist the Coy, she got the Coy plus USD$23M cash. Sound good i tot.

Coy only has 58M shares after shares consolidation. And the CEO, who is the founder of the Coy, owned 53% of these 58M shares. The free float is probably about 24M shares, which explains the poor liquidity of the shares. The coy has USD$23.4M of cash, and therefore i dun see a reason for the coy to raise capital via new shares issue. Coy has very decent fundamentals, and pay a dividend yield of 3%. I tot the CEO might as well make a cash offer and delist the coy.
Ya. Highly illiquid. Shall do more research on the company.

somebody is buying up this stock this morning.
I guess if the CEO can make an offer at 40C, and she could have the Coy almost foc with the net cash per share of 38C.
Good Luck!

finally moving....
Found this only thread on A-Sonic Aerospace, and the last posting was June 2017 .
Definitely a very deserted thread, and a forgotten Coy. I spotted this Coy whilst surfing the SGX Announcement Page. On closer look at the various A-Sonic announcements, what caught my eyes was the multiple disclosure of interests by the CEO, who owned 53% of the coy shares, and continue to add to her holdings with frequent open market purchases. And i took a quick look at its latest financials and i was shock. Okay some pertinent statistics.
1. Coy has turned profitable in the last 2 Quarters which i tot is positive
2. Cash & Cash Equivalent holding of USD$23.4M
3. Total debts of USD$7M
4. Total Shares Issued = 58M shares (after shares consolidation)
5. Based on point 2-4, we have a net cash per share of about USD$0.28 per share or SGD$0.38 per share. And today closing price is SGD$0.32
6. NAV = USD$0.488 or SGD$0.67 per share
7. Dividend yield of 3%. Tomorrow (27 Nov 2019) is the last day for the 1 cent(Singapore) dividend payout for last FY performance.
Before you jump in to buy, please be aware it is high risk as it is highly illquid. If you urgently need cash and wish to encash your A-Sonic shares, you may have to sell at a discount to the market price, Definitely a NO NO for contra trading. Good Luck!

A-Sonic has an NAV of $0.6335 and a cash value of $0.475.
The reason why it is trading at such a simple steep discount is because of its 2 X consolidation carried out.
In short it consolidated 4x then 3x implying it actually did a 12 for 1 consolidation.
With a issued share base of only 58 mil shares, any moves would be magnifying :)
