The latest info on its website ended in Nov 14, it appears that this company had difficulty to update its website, no sure whether it is due to money issue.
To all minority shareholders, let unite together and get rid of the unethical management. We want fair and equitable deal.

Maybe can try contacting SIAS . I understand that some has low opinion of it, but at least they have more resources and experienced people dealing with this. On the other hand, they might not want to involve in this.

How to improve this ?...so many years loh...last time rumoured take over at 20c but in the end buyer pull off deal ?....Now still got any white knight coming ?

who are the main shareholders? technically speaking, what they are doing (appting families as directors , etc ) are not illegal. In fact,. fairly common ifyou read many of comp reports and appt.
Also, I bet all the issues are being approved at agm or egm.
Every year go AGM why no body aired out?... only buffet than they rushed to eat ? This company last time highly recommended by Mr Ren Choon Yen a Chinese fund mgr , ex UOB....who followers are mostly uncles aunties retired from SBC, newspaper or MOE etc

the directors fees seems high for such a small company if true
