1) Before 2:1 share consolidation, total share issue is 9 billion.
2) After consolidation is 4.5 billion,  assuming 20 percent of them is owned by retailers and public. So   900 mil shares in the hands of retailers and public.
3) The company issue shares to pay off debts to blah blah blah syndicate, making the total issue go back to 9 or 10 billion shares (first share dilution)
4) The company buy company Geylang via share issue (second share dilution)
5) The company buy company Malaysia bagus via share issue (third dilution)
6) The company issue shares and warrants to investors (fourth dilution but at least cash inflow)
7) My opinion: the available shares floating in the market is still 900 million which is about 5 percent of the total share issued. This share can be cornered easily and i got some at the lowest price and took some profit 💰 off the table.

conclusion: follow operator81 also leads you to horland road but it is a two way road.

Reminiscences of stock operator81 posting four months ago. But i feel uncomfortable when i see many many 🐒 . It reminds me of the 🐒 business story.

Like what 诸 葛 亮 say during his 舌 战 群 儒 , a very sick person need to be given light medicine and slowly increasing its dosage instead of starting with strong dosage. The buy queue is building up at 0.2 cent means we should be expecting good news to be released. But I will not chase the stock or any stock.
