(" Introducer" ) for the Introducer Services (as defined below), and 652,173 new shares at S$0.023 per Share (" Sponsor Issue Price" ) and 395,778 new (b)Shares at the Issue Price (as defined below) (collectively, " Sponsor Shares" ), credited as fully-paid up, to the Sponsor (as defined below), in part-payment for the Sponsor' s professional fees.
