share prices are just noises and distractions to the management. they just need to work hard no improving the numbers and the share price will take care of itself. 

 

agree. it needs some good news and perhaps they should do a buy back to increase the power of its shares

i think there are many more companies in a position less favorable than oceanus and they have not been delisted so I doubt it will get to that stage yet, unless they have a takeover offer to be taken private. they managed to exit the watch list and ever since there were only positive steps (smaller than we would like, but yet still positive) for recovery.
