i think you can dont accept, then wait for offer to lapse. there is a fair chance of going beyond 67 if market is good or it can also slide down abit.
i think the choice is with us.

(Page 82) Based on the above, the range of the estimated value of the Shares is between S$0.66 and S$0.80 with a midpoint of S$0.73. We note that the Final Offer Price of S$0.67 is within the range of the estimated value of the Shares.
And you want us to accept 0.67??
And you want us to accept 0.67??
You think they will risk the $0.005 as the offer is Conditional.
There is a world of difference between a conditional and unconditional offer

Disposal at current price @0.665 seems odd if they could have simply accepted the offer at 0.67. 0.005 cts for 15 millions is still substantial money..unless it is peanuts to MS

fair and reasonable for 67c.
from the offeree circular

Morgan Stanley has disposed15.6 mil shares.
MS has reduced its holding. Not due to dilution because of warrants conversion.

MS may have got the wind of the IFA report and quickly let go before pending the result of HW' s offer being taken up until it is unconditional ie above 50.1% . The share price now 665 may give lots of profits to MS as it may accumulated from very low base. Very2 smart move by MS !!! We have to learn from MS for any future TO or GO cases !!!

MS did not reduce their holdings.
The reduction is because of the increase in number of share issued as a result of warrant conversion.

HW must t be delighted to be able to collect more shares below offer price. Without warrants conversion they have to keep up with the Estate thru open marke purchase. It is their wishful thinking that they avoid paying control premium and sway weak holders to sell to them. Control premium is really matter between the 2 titans but there can't be different tier pricing. Hence the stalemate. What is the magic number? We loyal supporters are dying to know.

O& G counters green today, DM don' t be lagging...
Bear has not seen the report yet, but has already smelled the IFA conclusion.
It goes something like, "... ... the offer is fair... ... shareholders are recommended to accept the offer."
Time for me to hibernate the Winter coming.
Good bye and all the very best!
It was a joy to join you in the Warrants game. Quite an experience, no??
But its game over, as far as warrants are concerned.
See you, Eagles, St. Bernard and stlim, Aragosta, and a host of other gamers.
Hello Hanwha! Take good care of our baby.

MS reduced their shares to ~6%.
And who has been collecting?

At least read the IFA report first lah.
Should be out today.
Should be out today.
I think I' ll accept 67 cents.
Unless there is a twist to the proceedings.
Unlikely... ...

My target was 80 cents.
But failed to meet.
Never mind... ...
Dyna-Mac shareholders should &lsquo accept&rsquo Hanwha&rsquo s final offer, says Maybank (theedgesingapore.com)

A pity the revised offer came at this time when market is not doing so well.
About a month earlier, Hanwha could have offered 80 cents in better market conditions. But I guess that the risks involved of buying at such a high price made Hanwha rethink and price at a lower 67 cents.
We could wait for markets to turn and another buyer may want to offer higher. But I guess that will need some time. Personally, I feel sad having to part with such a good company.
