INCORPORATION OF A SUBSIDIARY IN THE HONG KONG SPECIAL ADMINISTRATIVE REGION OF THE PEOPLE&rsquo S REPUBLIC OF CHINA (&rdquo HONG KONG&rdquo )
Engaging in Esports related businesses including organizing and hosting tournaments to managing professional teams, creating content, and developing related technologies.
EFH' s Employee Headcount
Prior Employee Headcount:Prior to the acquisition of Shenzhen Xiaozhao, EFH (then known as Biolidics Limited) reported a headcount of seven in its 2024 annual report. These employees were primarily responsible for the company' s precision medicine business and headquarters operations.
Post-Acquisition Employee Headcount: Through the acquisition of Shenzhen Xiaozhao Network Technology Co., Ltd., EFH was able to integrate its existing workforce. Shenzhen Xiaozhao, already a company operating in the esports and MCN sectors, maintains its own team to execute its business, including content creators, operations personnel, technical staff, and management personnel.
As a result, EFH' s total headcount has significantly increased following the acquisition to support the operations and expansion of its new business. This growth is not only quantitative more importantly, it brings EFH the expertise and talent it needs in the esports and MCN sectors. This is crucial for the company' s successful transformation and execution of its new strategy.
