By taking so long to announce nothing, it shows no respect to the exchange and its shareholders.

To invest in CNDT is indirectly betting on the single largest shareholder (~60%) CDB (China development bank).
Not many peoples in Singapore including the street peoples in China know CDB (国 开 行 )as they don't depend on the depositors money from the street.
CDB report to the ministry of finance under 国 務 院 Central China.
CDB is given the charter to support the current hottest subjects in China eg one belt one road, supply side reform, urbanization...etc.
CNDT is lucky to have this gigantic shareholder to come along to turn it around as CNDT has the synergy in the pass with CDB policy.
Be very patient including the current suspension.

You are lucky enough to have spotted this gem, and if you are patient enough to hold it for 3-5 yrs, your investment will be easily quadrupled. Nothing to worry about this company, but to be cautious about the general market condition.

Last week China one week holidays and Hong Kong today holiday, hopefully got some news regarding corporate actions as stated for the reason of suspension
