N I was told the rates are not cheap too. A relative told me that he was very surprised at the asking px when he tried to check a PRC customer in a few yrs back. So, we know how far they have come since the humble beginning. Now, this GPH also trying to upscale to 3-4 star hotels. I think Hotel 81 also have re-branded right? n has a higher class hotel on Victoria St, near J Sultan, correct?

With the profit from potential sale of tower 15, there may be a special dividend? LC Global may also be distributed to shareholders as dividends just like GP Hotels. Potentially maybe 4-5 cents dividends to be distributed. Just a wild guess.
