Today break through last low at 9.4 cents. Bearish.
It is a stock to avoid at all costs.

Price tank as expected after EGM. Those short at 13.8/14 cents is making now. More downsize can be expected.

1MW generate S$400k per year, 20MW will get revenue S$8Mil per year & margin should improve due to scale. Only if they can have enough gas supply..... Looking forward to hear more.

This site have approval for 20MW so another 12MW can be added, Gas owner can supply more gas and calling Vibropower can add more generators..... Very nice.
Released yesterday is Singapore, our government want to buy Renewable energy from region citing Malaysia as immediate target, Vibropower should benefit as they have a Biomass plant in Southern Malaysia Peninsula. Should expect company to release news soon if they can take the opportunity,😁

The board of directors (&ldquo Board&rdquo or &ldquo Directors&rdquo ) of VibroPower Corporation Limited (&ldquo Company&rdquo and, together with its subsidiaries, &ldquo Group&rdquo ) refer to the Company' s announcement dated 28 September 2020 (the " Announcement" ) relating to, inter alia, the completion of upgrading work by the Company' s wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanxi Weineng Coal Mine Gas Development Co., Ltd. (" Shanxi Weineng" ). Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms used herein shall bear the same meanings ascribed to them in the Announcement. The Board is pleased to announce that Shanxi Weineng has successfully completed the 168 hours endurance test in respect of the three additional generators which had commenced at 10am, 28 September 2020. Upon successful completion of the endurance test, Shanxi Weineng can commence billing for electricity supplied by the three generators. The coal mine owner has also requested that Shanxi Weineng continue to increase the capacity of the power plant to complement the increase in their supply of gas to Shanxi Weineng. The Group will continue to work closely with the coal mine owner at the earliest opportunity and will keep the Company' s shareholders updated of any further material developments relating to the above. The Company expects the increased electricity supply by the three additional generators to have a positive impact on the financial position of the Group for the current financial year ending 31 December 2020.

VibroPower founder rebuts shareholder' s claims
Founder Benedict Chen says generators business is very competitive and margins thin, in response to shareholder Alex Chng, who is seeking to oust him at EGM on Nov 9
VIBROPOWER Corporation already supplies power generators to quarters in the real estate sector and competition is intense while margins are thin, the company' s founder Benedict Chen has said, firing back at claims by a shareholder looking to oust him.
The shareholder is Alex Chng who, together with his cousin Lim Eng Tiong, is looking to boot out all of VibroPower' s three directors, including Mr Chen, and appoint himself and two others to the board at an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Nov 9.
Mr Chng has claimed that he and his proposed board can do a better job, particularly by leveraging his experience and network in the real estate sector to sell more power generators to developers. His family business, PIP Marketing, has had a hand in several private property developments here, The Business Times reported on Oct 8.
But in a letter of representation on Friday, Mr Chen said VibroPower " already supplies hotels, factories and condominiums with generators" . He also noted that the market was " small" , with " intense" competition and " thin" margins. The company' s strategy is thus to supply power solutions instead, which provide " healthy margins" .
In addition, Mr Chen pointed out that the company does not supply directly to developers. Instead, it deals with contractors engaged by end-users, such as government agencies. He said VibroPower has not received " any concrete plans" from Mr Chng on how he will use his property development experience in the generators business.
Among the items to be voted on at the EGM is also the withdrawal of VibroPower' s general share issue mandate, which Mr Chen also addressed in his letter.
Mr Chen currently holds about 18 per cent of the total issued shares of the company. His brother Chen Siew Meng has recently upped his direct and deemed interests in the company to a combined 6.613 per cent, from 5.947 per cent.
Mr Chng and his cousin collectively held almost nine million VibroPower shares representing 16.5 per cent of outstanding shares as at Sept 14, when they exercised their rights to requisition the EGM.

I am not sure as well...but it certainly raises eyebrows in Vibropower case.
As Vibropower Shareholders, we used our hard-earned money to invest in the Company and it seems that the only thing we are getting is more questions....

OMG..........it look like all the 4 property agents in this company (click here) are AMONG LARGEST WARRANTHOLDERS per company announcement. This is our chance - we need all them to be SKINS IN THE GAMES together with us. This is like the Sheraton move where Tan Sri Muhyiddin became PM of Malaysia.
