If it corrects and come down to the level of $3.3, it becomes a very attractive level to accumulate.
Sometimes market over-react is a good thing for people looking to accumulate and able to see beyond the potential of the counter.
In any case, people who see it will see it as a good opportunity. Once missed it, it' s a miss.
And there are also people who overly short this counter and when the counter suddenly rebound fast and furious, they will cry to the bank.
In summary, the fundamentals are there even some may debate about the slow down of china market.

Recent dropped from 4.10 to current level rather sharp, should come down to fill
gap at 3.55 and possibly nearest low of 3.37. Personally I avoided trading this stock
more than one year ago.

This is and still IS my biggest concern and issue w Wilmar . Taking up a potential 1.7B loan is NO joke ( even if partial drawdown)
Hope it is for some really great investment...if not ???

The Facility comprises 2 tranches : a 5-year revolving credit facility of USD702.5m and a 5-year loan facility of USD997.5m.
The revolving credit facility allows Wilmar to borrow on an ongoing basis while repaying the balance in regular payments. So draw from the credit line when needed & think interest charges only when they draw from the line.
Q2 results will be released pm 11 Aug after trading hrs. |

Hmm that 1.7b loan was already known many days ago .....which is shouting out load ( a large loan)
CEO stock buy can only help for a short while /fundamental is still important esp w a fast weakening CHINA market .
Now w Indo investigation ....hmm certainly Wilmar is facing much headwinds ......which was why I input wilmar weakness when below 3.80
This might continue if CEO dont step in fast and advise .....watch share price closely .
