Dont waste time on this one.

I believe there are better counters.. fundamentally better than this. How much worth of contract does it have to justify a myanmar play? Like that any Tom, Dick or Harry can join in the mynamar wagon.. every counters with $1 myanmar contract worth can chiong already.

When the substantial shareholders start to sell, let's see who will dare to catch.. Those who knows construction, knows it's not that profitable at all (~5-10% margin only) with the increase in overhead cost etc..so what if you secured public projects? Contractors such as Tiong Seng, Koh Brothers, Lum Chang are all bigger players than this..if Soilbuild can hit 40cts, then these counters can probably hit 70cts when they enters myanmar one day..

New IPO got no track record, anyhow up down one. That's why I play hit and run  first  :)

I might be wrong, I believe it will be still at 0.3 to 0.315 range.

As I see don't think so will reach 40c at the moment.
