This REIT looks good to me. However, am worried at the forex exposure to Indonesia Rupiah which depreciates over long term

Wonder if this reit have income support from lippo group? I have been going to lippo mall puri when in Jakarta as near my Jakarta office. Just went yesterday and bought a nice batik dress and notice the mall is still very empty with low occupancy

typical behaviour is on XD, it will fall abit - not sure if will revert back to 0.300 or lower
but if you are a holder for serveral quarters then its ok.

Results on 23 Feb... DPU may dip due to poor retail in Indo.
There seems huge dumping at 29.5 after some big buy in the ealier day. I queue at 29.5cents and got it. The counter party is CS. Seems CS is dumping. Result not good?

Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust has close to 10% yield now.
I agree with ecekca.
PRices have drop abit and lippo haven' t declared or mention anything about delsiting. seems to be a slight mess. I think ebtter dont go in first. plus the variance of ruppiah is a concern.. Earnigns has been stable to be honest jsut the flucuation of the ruppiah is causing much unstablity..

This is a good dividend stock.
Just avoid this would be a better choice
Go for better reit out there like cache/sabana/far east hosp/ascendas hosp/suntec
