Sing Holdings is looking to copy Chip End Seng recent success and will be launching smaller units at the upcoming Fernvale project. Think the take up rate will be huge, judging by Chip End Seng success.

 

I agree. Furthermore, this is a small cap. When some funds took a shine to it, it can really fly. I have a gut feel that some serious buyers have been accumulating. Maybe we will see a new significant shareholder emerge in due course.

A nice cup and handle formation has been formed. I dont know how to insert chart here. But technically, a very bullish signal. 

 

It's time

 

It is suicidal to short a fundamentally strong stock. People who buy will just hold and hold, so trying to cover back cheap is always going to be very hard.

Who knows? What I found out are history, but the management had so far been accumulating over the past years. Div of 1.25 cts declared, but book closure and pay dates are not fixed  yet, pending AGM. Hence, current price are neither  CD nor ExD.

Based on SGX website Corporate Announcements, it' s believed F H Lee Holdings has increased the holdings by another 2,175,432 shares to 143,837,678 an Lee Sze Hoa, added another 601,000 shares to 12,019,800.

Good counter, soon

 

I am camping here patiently. Not losing sleep over whether it moves or not. But sooner or later, it will come. The harder question for me is, if it moves up big, do I sell? Deciding when or whether to sell is actually harder for me.

Fully agreed with you on the potentials of this stock, but the players in the market are looking for quick money.No one has patience to wait .Vested in this counter for long term.

On average, book value grows like $0.0416 per year. If the book value continues to grow at this pace, in 3 years time, the theoretical book value should be $0.7649 (this is quite a likely scenario, the patient investors can wait) If the stock price then trades at current discount of 45% to book value like now, the share price will hit $0.42. But when the market is good (like now), it will go to $0.42 pretty soon, one may not have to wait 3 years.
